This is why Classic Design Italia does not work through authorized dealers, agents, or affiliates.

There are only two possibilities for purchasing our classics: online, through the online shop, or offline -- through our Customer Service by phone, email,fax.

Direct relationship with customers allows us to provide better service. We are not large enough to build and monitor a sales network, warehouses and shops all over the world. We prefer to talk to you personally, investing in our internal Customer Service resources.

This means having lower distribution costs, which helps to keep prices low while providing first class service.
